Account Deletion & Data Removal Policy
How to Delete Your Account

We respect your right to privacy and provide an easy way to delete your account and associated data. You can request account deletion using one of the following methods:


1. Delete Your Account in the App
If you wish to delete your account permanently, follow these steps within our app:

  1. Open the app and navigate to Profile Edit page.
  2. Select Delete Account.
  3. Confirm your request.
  4. Your account and all associated data will be permanently removed.

2.  Request Account Deletion via Email
If you are unable to access the app or prefer to request deletion manually, you can send an email to our support team:

  • Email: support@maliczech.cz
  • Subject: Account Deletion Request
  • Include: Your registered email address and any relevant details to help us identify your account.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

Once your account deletion request is processed:

  • All personal data associated with your account will be permanently removed from our active databases.
  • Any stored photos, bookings, and notifications will be erased.
  • Your access to the app and services will be revoked immediately.
Data Retention Policy

Some data may be retained for a limited period due to legal, security, or compliance requirements:

  • Transaction & Payment Data: If you have made payments through the app, relevant transaction records may be retained for tax and legal compliance.
  • Log Files & Security Records: Some anonymized data related to security and fraud prevention may be kept for up to 6 months.

After these retention periods, all remaining data is permanently deleted.
